[frozen-assets] Re:Ideas Needed!

 

Giada De Laurentiis had a show the other day where she used cream puff
dough to make little "donuts." She made the dough as usual, dipped it out
with a scoop and dropped it in hot deep fat. She then drained them on paper
towel and when they were cool, she put them on a rack and poured a glazed over
them. They were small so you could eat 2 or 3 each, or you could feed
many people. I think you could freeze the fried dough balls ahead of time
then glaze them when near serving time. Pam
